We partner with specialized luxury goods carriers who understand the care required for high-value items and maintain strict chain-of-custody protocols.
Each watch is meticulously packaged in its original presentation box (where applicable) and placed within a tamper-evident, cushioned security case. Our packaging is designed to protect against impact, moisture, and temperature fluctuations during transit.
Standard delivery within the continental United States is complimentary for all purchases. Watches are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment and arrive within 2–4 business days via overnight fully insured service. Signature confirmation is required for all domestic deliveries.
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. International deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs processing. We provide full tracking information and customs documentation for all international shipments.
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not leave packages unattended. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will make additional attempts or hold the package at a secure facility for pickup.
For clients in the greater Boston metropolitan area, we are pleased to offer complimentary scheduled delivery at your convenience. A member of our team will personally present your timepiece at a location of your choosing — whether that be your residence, office, or a private setting. This white-glove service reflects our commitment to discretion, security, and an experience befitting the caliber of the pieces we handle.
For timepieces valued above $100,000, or by client request, we offer personal hand-delivery by a bonded courier or a member of our team. Please discuss these arrangements with your dedicated specialist.
