The Lunaris Reserve offers a 5-day inspection period from the date your timepiece is delivered. During this window, you may examine the watch and, if it does not meet your expectations or differs materially from our description, request a return for a full refund of the purchase price.
To qualify for a return, the watch must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn (beyond reasonable inspection), with all original packaging, documentation, seals, and accessories intact. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering beyond the condition at delivery will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, contact your dedicated specialist or email us at thelunarisreserve@gmail.com within the 5-day window. We will provide a fully insured, prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions. All return shipments must use our designated carrier for insurance and tracking purposes.
Once the returned watch has been received and inspected by our team, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Wire transfer refunds are typically reflected within 1–2 business days; while Zelle and Crypto refunds are reflected immediately.
Custom-sourced or bespoke timepieces acquired through our concierge service on a non-refundable basis (as agreed upon in writing prior to purchase) are not eligible for return. All exclusions will be clearly communicated before any commitment is made.
