Contact us via the contact page, email thelunarisreserve@gmail.com, or call (617) 372-3401 with your criteria. We collect a 10% fully refundable deposit, search our network, and typically present options within 24 to 72 hours, up to 7 days for harder pieces. After your approval, we take the balance and ship promptly. If we cannot meet your standards within 7 days, the deposit is refunded in full.

At The Lunaris Reserve, we offer consignment services for qualified timepieces. To begin, submit the Sell & Trade Form with your watch’s brand, model, reference number, year, accessories, and clear photos. Once we review the details, we’ll provide a preliminary estimate and discuss next steps. After approval, you’ll ship the watch to us for inspection. We then professionally photograph and list it across our trusted collector network. Payment is issued once the watch sells.

We offer trade-in credit for qualified timepieces. Submit your watch details through the Sell & Trade Form including brand, model, condition, and photos. Once evaluated, we’ll provide a trade-in value applicable toward a purchase. Unlike consignment, you don’t need to wait for your watch to sell — upon approval and inspection, the agreed value is applied as credit toward your selected timepiece.

If undisclosed issues arise on inspection, we will provide a revised offer for your approval. If you decline, we will return the watch. You cover return shipping and insurance.

We accept bank wire transfers, Zelle, and select cryptocurrency payments. All payments are processed through secure, verified channels with full documentation for every transaction.

We provide a 24-hour inspection period from delivery. To qualify, the item must be in original unworn condition with all packaging and accessories, and the return request must be emailed to thelunarisreserve@gmail.com within 24 hours. The customer covers insured return shipping. After the 24-hour window, all sales are final.
